PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
Standard (5–8 business days): Free
Express (1–2 business days): $15.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
International Standard (5–8 business days): $40.00 flat rate

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
MALONE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs processing once a package has left our fulfillment location. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable window of the estimated delivery time, please contact us at malone@allmalone.com and we'll help track it down.
